We involve ourselves in many projects within our local community.
Woodchopping, selling and delivery happen several times a year. Donations of wood are made for the annual RFDS quiz night.
With the assistance of the Shire of Plantagenet, we have constructed a bus shelter opposite Kendenup Primary School for those students being bussed to Mount Barker.

Seniors' Christmas Lunch 2024
Thursday, 12th December
Frost Pavilion, 12pm
This year's Christmas lunch has taken place amid great excitement. The hall had been well set up and decorated and guests started arriving very early. We started with a very 'witty' speech from the Rotary President, Richard Ewen, followed by Rick Wilson MP and Len Handasyde. A buffet style meal followed, then we had music from Rhi, Peter, Ross and Sarah before a journey back in time from Ken Clements. Dessert followed, then more music and the drawing of the big raffle. I'd like to thank all the Rotarians for their efforts in putting on this lunch.
And thanks so much to our many sponsors!

Building a bus shelter for the Mount Barker Community College students who leave everyday from Kendenup.
Built with assistance from The Shire, Metroll (Albany) and Hanson cement.
Woodchopping takes place a number of times a year.
We cut and sell wood locally to raise funds but also donate wood for certain events.
