We are experiencing a particularly busy time at the moment.

We have completed the bus shelter opposite Kendenup Primary School. This was due to a request from school staff for shelter for those catching the bus to Mount Barker Community College. We partnered with the Shire of Plantagenet to complete the job, with assistance from Metroll, Albany.

Plans for a Rest Bay shelter, table and seating are currently in front of council. Such facilities were there, in the bay opposite the caravan park, some years ago, including welcome signs in various languages. The Shire and Community Bank are both supporters of this initiative to reinstate it all and we are looking forward to beginning work in the near future.

Planning is well underway for our much-loved, annual Christmas lunch for seniors. In addition to grant money received, we are currently seeking donations of food and beverages to assist with this venture.
